1. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16 - Broadway Studios gig. As part of the San Francisco Songwriters' Showcase, COPUS has been asked to open the show at 8pm. The evening runs until midnight and includes one of our favorite spoken word/music ensembles, CRUMPLED NAPKIN. Come check it out! 435 Broadway in North Beach. Doors open at 7pm. $5 cover. If you can't make it in person, tune in at www.broadwaystudios.com where they stream the performances each week.


2. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23 - Hotel Cosmo gig. Thanks to the COPUS hookup with exquisite host April Chartrand, we are proud to be the feature band for the evening's event. Sponsored by the wonderful visual arts organization, ArtworkSF, the evening will include performances by noted poet/author Opal Palmer Adisa, songtress Delia Tomino Nakayama, Director of the National Poetry Association Herman Berlandt, and emerging youth poet Christine Beyer - so, come out and enjoy the music, poetry, wine tasting and gallery display. Activities are from 7-9pm with COPUS closing the show. This is a benefit for ART IN ACTION taking place at the hip, new HOTEL COSMO located 761 Post Street @ Jones. $12 advance/$15 at door.


3. CABLE CHANNEL 23 PROGRAM - "Inside City Limits". Royal Kent and Wendy Loomis of COPUS were interviewed regarding their part in the ArtworkSF/Hotel Cosmo event. Movin' on up! Airing times are: Wednesday, 4/16- 9pm; Thursday, 4/17 - 6:30pm; Friday, 4/18 - 8:30pm; Saturday, 4/19 - 6pm.


4. INTERNET RADIO - Copus Music presents 'POETS AND COMPOSERS' every Sunday night at 9pm PST, midnight EST. This Sunday, April 6th, will feature the sensational singer/songwriter Jethro Jeremiah and ultra-cool saxophonist Steve Munger from the JJB doing their original style of reggae. Tune in: www.artistfirst.com


5. CABLE TV - Two time CLIO Award-winning photographer/filmmaker/ad agent Fred Vanderpoel is busily editing the first series of shows, "Think Tank: Conversations with Independent Artists", the Phatest New Music TV program to hit the airwaves since 'Soul Train'…jointly produced with Copus Music.
