Fresh from their successful Los Angeles debut, COPUS has been asked to perform as part of the Exit Records NetworkART Party Celebration on Sunday, June 16th. The event will include an art reception, movie screening of "Pushy", Dada group NudesMasked, Romani Tribal Belly Dance, Dealan-De fire dancing, fashion show by MaryAnn Ho Design, and party following performances with live DJ. Studio Z (Old Transmission Theater) is located at 314 - 11th Street. 6:00pm-1:30am. $7.00 at the door. This year the event will be held at Cowell Theater at Fort Mason June 21-22 and will feature performances by members of the vibrant and diverse artistic community of San Francisco - featuring experimental ballet by Kunst-stoff; theatrical presentations by Xeno, Shadowlight Productions, and Stagebridge; performance poetry by Daphne Gottlieb; vocal stylings of D'Yara (Friday night only); the circus magic of Circus Center; and art auction/art installations by Tenement, GenArts SF, ArtSF, and Black Rock Arts. 7:00pm-midnight.
